Update on WWE Elimination Chamber and what brand show it will be

TJR Wrestling

There was a report last week about WWE Elimination Chamber returning as a pay-per-view event in February 2017. The original report, which I have since deleted, noted that it was a Raw show. That was incorrect because it’s going to be a Smackdown show.

Here’s a post from the Talking Stick Resort Arena about the show from their website with a note about what talent will appear as well as the ticket on-sale date.

The WWE Elimination Chamber will air live from Phoenix’s Talking Stick Resort Arena on February 12th. This will be your chance to see some of your favorite WWE Smackdown Superstars battle inside ten tons of unforgiving steel! See: Randy Orton, AJ Styles, Dean Ambrose, Bray Wyatt, The USO’s, Becky Lynch, The Miz, Dolph Ziggler, Natalya, Nikki Bella, and many more of your favorite Superstars.

Tickets go on sale Fri, Dec 16 at 10:00 AM and are available at www.ticketmaster.com, the TSRA Box office, and charge-by-phone 800-745-3000.

*Lineup subject to change.

I’m sorry for the confusion from last week. It was corrected by the Wrestling Observer after their original report was wrong as well.

Here’s the PPV lineup from now until WrestleMania.

December 18 – Roadblock (Raw)

January 29 – Royal Rumble (Raw & Smackdown)

February 12 – Elimination Chamber (Smackdown)

March 5 – Fastlane (Raw)

April 2 – WrestleMania 33 (Raw & Smackdown)

That’s it.
