Shane McMahon Appearance & Triple H vs. Dean Ambrose Added To WWE’s European Tour

TJR Wrestling

World Wrestling Entertainment has announced that Triple H and Shane McMahon will be a part of WWE’s WrestleMania Revenge tour of Europe.

Triple H will be wrestling on four different nights during the tour. Those dates are: April 20 in Newcastle, April 21 in Brussels, April 22 in Paris, and April 23 in Malaga. WWE.com is reporting that his opponent will be Dean Ambrose. However, it is not yet clear as to whether Triple H will be facing Ambrose at just one of those shows or at all four. Triple H hasn’t competed or been seen on WWE television since losing his WWE World Heavyweight Title to Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 32; so this will be his first appearance since then.

Shane McMahon is advertised for the April 19 Smackdown taping at the O2 Arena in London, England. Although The Undertaker was removed from many previously advertised shows on the European Tour, he will also be appearing at the April 19 Smackdown taping. Perhaps there will be a confrontation between the two.

Mark’s reaction: Adding four Triple H matches and a Shane McMahon appearance to the European Tour was important for WWE since they lost some big names that were previously scheduled for the tour. As I already mentioned, The Undertaker was pulled from many dates, Daniel Bryan requested time off but was supposed to make an appearance for a “Daniel Bryan Appreciation Night” sort of thing, and Bray Wyatt was also recently pulled due to a calf injury he suffered a couple of days ago.
