The John Report: WWE Raw Deal 06/02/25 Review

WWE Raw Deal June 2

It’s WWE Raw featuring Jey Uso teaming with Sami Zayn against Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed, plus two big Money in the Bank qualifying matches.

We made it to June. The WWE Money in the Bank PLE is on Saturday, June 7th, with the WWE Worlds Collide show taking place earlier that day. Both shows are in Los Angeles in different venues.

I’m sad about R-Truth’s WWE contract expiring and not being renewed. I know he’s 53 and rarely wins on the main TV shows, but the man is beloved and well-liked by talent, fans, etc. I think WWE should have just him for another year or two until he retires and show loyalty to a man who deserves it. It’s a cruel world sometimes. The good thing is that he made a great deal of money for many years and can support his family. I wish it had ended better. I’m less surprised by Carlito’s release, but he’s also a veteran wrestler in a supporting role without being featured in too many matches, so I get it. I also understand why some fans get angry with WWE because they brag about record profits so much, yet they cut a lot of talent. It’s business and not personal, and I get it. I can still feel bad for these people.

This is the Raw Deal for episode #1671 of Monday Night Raw. It’s taking place at the Bok Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Follow me on Twitter/X @johnreport. Let’s get to it.

A replay was shown of last week’s Raw, where Seth Rollins won the Men’s Money in the Bank qualifying match over Sami Zayn and Finn Balor, thanks to the assistance of Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed. Also, Dominik Mysterio did a poor job of helping Finn Balor. CM Punk also returned at the end of the show to drop Rollins with a GTS.

There was some pre-show walking shown of Sami Zayn, Jey Uso, Seth Rollins with his friends Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed and Paul Heyman.

The Raw commentary team of Michael Cole and Pat McAfee welcomed us to the show. They showed when Cole bet McAfee on the NBA Eastern Conference Finals and Pat’s Indiana Pacers won, so Cole had to do the show in a TJ McConnell Pacers jersey. The fans booed because Oklahoma City is playing the Pacers. Pat told Cole: “You look like an a**hole.” It wasn’t bleeped or muted.

Analysis: I’ll take Oklahoma City in the NBA Finals. I think they’ll win in five games. Maybe six. Best team all year.

Let’s Hear from CM Punk

CM Punk made his entrance for a promo and he got a huge ovation from the crowd. There were loud CM Punk chants. There’s a big Slim Jim logo into the center of the ring. Snap into it. Punk said it’s summertime and it’s Money in the Bank time. Punk referenced the OKC Thunder to pop the crowd and the fans chanted “OKC” while Pat supported his Pacers.

Punk reminded us that he’s a two-time Money in the Bank Ladder Match winner. Punk said two times he successfully cashed in that Money in the Bank briefcase and he looks forward to doing it for a third time. Punk said it’s the Summer Of Punk and it’s time he got some gold around his waist. Punk told his friend Jey Uso it’s not personal, it’s just business. Punk said the second name at the top of that mountain may be personal, it’s John Cena. Punk said that Cena is public enemy number one because he sold his soul to a bald goof. Punk said he’s always had Cena’s number so he’s going to come pick the bones, you little bitch. Punk said that he’s focused on becoming a champion one more time.

Analysis: It’s a motivated, focused CM Punk who I think could certainly be a WWE Champion or World Champion later this year. I would be all for that.

Sami Zayn interrupted the promo while the fans sang the song, and even Punk sang some of the song. I could hear some fans chanting “We Want Truth” although it wasn’t that loud. Punk didn’t mind Zayn interrupting him and Punk liked his song.

Zayn said that this is the first time he’s heard Punk speak in no uncertain terms about how he wants to be a World Champion. Zayn said he had ambitions of becoming a World Champion. Zayn said that Money in the Bank isn’t a path for him, thanks to Rollins, Breakker, Reed, and Heyman. Zayn told Punk that he must win tonight. Zayn said tonight is more must-win than it’s ever been. Zayn told Punk he needs to not think about Reed and Breakker because Zayn and Jey Uso will take care of them tonight. Punk said he’s got their back. Zayn said that Rollins is thinking about Punk, and Punk said that Rollins has never beaten him ever (I remember WrestleMania 41 when Rollins won). Zayn said if Rollins wins the briefcase, then it’s over, and it’ll turn into something that they don’t like. Zayn said that he needs Punk to win tonight, and the fans need Punk to win tonight. Zayn said for whatever it’s worth, he wants Punk to win tonight. Zayn said that if Punk wins Money in the Bank and wins the World Championship, Zayn said that they’ll be in the ring again and have a different conversation than the one they are having right now. Punk said he looked forward to it. They shook hands.

Analysis: That was a good motivational speech from Sami Zayn to push the importance of CM Punk winning Money in the Bank because they don’t want Seth Rollins to win Money in the Bank. I thought it was an effective promo.

Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez were backstage when Roxanne Perez showed up to offer help. Liv didn’t want Perez to help her. Morgan left for her match. Morgan walked up to Women’s World Champion Iyo Sky backstage. Morgan said that Kairi Sane got lucky last week. Liv said she’ll be the Money in the Bank winner and cash in on Sky. Iyo said that’s not going to happen.

Liv Morgan made her entrance for the Women’s Money in the Bank qualifying match. They went to a break, and Ivy Nile made her entrance.

Stephanie Vaquer made her entrance for her first match as an official Raw superstar. It was announced last Friday, three days after her NXT Women’s Title loss, that Vaquer has officially joined the Raw roster.

Women’s Money in the Bank Qualifying Match: Liv Morgan vs. Ivy Nile vs. Stephanie Vaquer

Vaquer hit a headbutt and a cross body block on both women. Liv kicked Nile and Vaquer hit a belly-to-back suplex. Vaquer did her Devil’s Kiss knee slam on Morgan and the fans loved it. Vaquer hit a belly-to-back suplex and did the Devil’s Kiss knee smash to Nile, but Morgan stopped that with a dropkick on Vaquer. Morgan hit two suplexes on Vaquer and a third suplex on Vaquer, onto Nile. Liv hit running splashes on both women, Vaquer came back with a Meteora double knee attack and Nile hit a double German Suplex on both opponents. They went to break for some fans as the match continued. There were a lot of fans chanting “We Want Truth” as Vaquer tried a 619, but Morgan blocked it. Nile went for a kneebar on Vaquer, but Liv stopped that with a backstabber double knees on Nile. Liv hit two suplexes on Vaquer, but then Nile joined in for a double team delayed vertical suplex on Morgan. There was another “We Want Truth” chant. Vaquer got a rollup on Nile for two.

The match continued with Vaquer hitting a Meteora on Liv and a dragon screw leg whip on Nile. Vaquer and Liv exchanged strikes. Vaquer hit a jumping kick to the side of the head. Vaquer went after Morgan on the turnbuckle, but Nile stopped that and they did a Tower of Doom (suplex/Powerbomb combo) spot out of the corner as Nile got a two count on Vaquer. Nile and Vaquer exchanged pin attempts for multiple two counts. Morgan jumped off the top and hit a double Codebreaker for two counts on both women. Liv went for Oblivion, but Nile blocked it and Vaquer kicked Nile out of the ring. Morgan hit another Codebreaker on Vaquer and Liv hit Oblivion on Vaquer. Nile tried to steal the pin, but Morgan broke up the pin attempt. Nile sent Liv into the steel steps. Back into the ring, Vaquer caught Nile and Vaquer hit SVB for the pinfall win. It went 12 minutes.

Winner by pinfall: Stephanie Vaquer

Analysis: ***1/4 When Stephanie Vaquer lost the NXT Women’s Title six days ago, I figured that meant she was going to the main roster and that she would be in the Women’s MITB match. It wouldn’t shock me if Vaquer won the Women’s MITB too. There were some good spots in the match and even Nile got a few nearfalls, which is more than I thought she would get. Morgan also came close to winning a few times. Vaquer winning was what I expected.

That means the Women’s Money in the Bank looks like this: Naomi vs. Giulia vs. Roxanne Perez vs. Alexa Bliss vs. Rhea Ripley vs. Stephanie Vaquer. At Worlds Collide, Vaquer is in a tag team match, so she’s wrestling twice in LA on that day.

AJ Styles was shown backstage getting ready for his match. The “Wise Man” Paul Heyman showed up to talk. Styles refused a handshake. Paul wished Styles a Happy Birthday. Heyman claimed that the Intercontinental Title needs a phenomenal champion like Styles. Heyman discussed how Money in the Bank encompasses a multitude of elements. Heyman told Styles to focus on the Intercontinental Title and leave Money in the Bank on Rollins. Styles wondered If Heyman is tired of chasing that meal ticket. Styles said he’ll work on getting back to Dirty Dom and the IC Title. Styles told Heyman he doesn’t respond well to threats and he knows that’s what that was. Styles said if you try to push him out, Styles will push back. Styles told Heyman to tell Rollins that Styles knows all about his plan. Styles said everybody has a plan until they get punched in the mouth. Styles slapped Heyman on the back and left.

Analysis: That was classic Paul Heyman trying to cause trouble as usual. Styles was not falling for it.

Chad Gable did a promo during the break for some fans. Gable told the fans that the OKC Thunder would lose Game 1 of the NBA Finals, so the fans booed. Gable talked about El Grande Americano winning Money in the Bank later. Gable also predicted he’ll beat Vikingo for the AAA Mega Championship at Worlds Collide. The fans booed Gable throughout the promo.

Rusev was featured in a promo talking about how his old friend Sheamus wasn’t there for him in the past. Rusev said Sheamus has a body of granite, but a neck of sand. Rusev said that Sheamus is a true legend and it would be Rusev’s honor to take him off the field. Rusev warned Sheamus to get out of the way.

Sheamus talked to Akira Tozawa, Natalya and Maxxine Dupri about how they have heart. Natalya said that Dupri has impressed her a lot lately. Sheamus encouraged Akira Tozawa, they shook hands and Tozawa left. Cathy Kelley interviewed Sheamus. Sheamus talked about how Rusev was a close friend of his and even was Sheamus’ wedding. Sheamus said that somebody has to put manners on Rusev before he goes too far. Sheamus looked into the camera: “I bully bullies.”

Analysis: Bring on a Sheamus-Rusev match. It should be awesome whenever it happens.

The War Raiders – Erik & Ivar vs. The Judgment Day – Finn Balor & JD McDonagh

The New Day’s Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods were on commentary for the match with their World Tag Team Titles.

JD and Balor made quick tags as they worked over Erik. JD missed a splash when Erik moved, so Ivar tagged in with a back body drop and a sidewalk slam. Ivar knocked Balor off the apron to the floor. Ivar sent JD over the top to the floor. Ivar slammed Balor onto JD on the floor. Erik gave Ivar a body slam onto JD. Woods fell off his chair when Ivar teased throwing JD onto him. The New Day tried to get involved, so referee Jessika Carr ejected them from ringside. The New Day didn’t actually do anything, but they are gone for teasing doing something. They went on a break for some fans, as I’ll take a break too. The J-Day guys isolated Ivar during the break.

There were quick tags from Balor and JD as they worked over Ivar. JD hit multiple kicks, Ivar no sold those and Ivar hit a spinning sidewalk slam. Erik tagged in with punches, suplexes and a pop up headbutt on Balor. Erik hit the running leg slapping knee for two. Balor hit a reverse DDT on Ivar for two. JD kicked Erik on the apron and JD hit a moonsault onto Erik. Balor dropkicked Ivar into the turnbuckle. Balor went for a Coup de Grace, Ivar avoided it and Ivar hit a senton splash. Ivar hit a spin kick on JD. Ivar hit a running splash on Balor. Ivar went up top, Roxanne Perez showed up to distract, so JD sent Ivar face first into the top of the ring post. Balor went up top and hit a Coup de Grace for the pinfall on Ivar for the win. It went about 11 minutes.

Winners by pinfall: The Judgment Day – Finn Balor & JD McDonagh

Analysis: *** A pretty good tag team match, with The J-Day guys winning because Roxanne Perez helped them. The idea is that Balor wanted Perez to help and Perez’s help worked. It should probably lead to more of Perez with J-Day, even though Morgan and Rodriguez don’t want it. The War Raiders have lost momentum since losing their titles at WrestleMania nearly two months ago.

Becky Lynch was featured in a promo she’s only been back six weeks, yet Lyra Valkyria has cost her the Women’s Tag Team Titles and the Money in the Bank match. Lynch said that Lyra had forgotten what Lynch had done for her. Lynch recapped their recent history. Lynch said that Lyra is in a lose-lose situation. Lynch mentioned that if she loses, then she won’t get another title match. Lynch said when she wins, Lyra will have to hold up her hand, which is the same hand that will hold Lyra down.

Lyra Valkyria is up next.

Analysis: I think Lynch did a good job with that promo. I might pick Lynch to beat Lyra at MITB, but I haven’t decided yet.

The New Day talked to Grayson Waller backstage in a clip that aired during the break. They encouraged Waller to get rid of Austin Theory while mentioning how they got rid of Big E. Chad Gable and American Made spoke to The New Day, who tried to explain how they didn’t work with The Creeds last week. The New Day tried to get The Creeds to hep again, but The Creeds shut that down and said they’ll be the next champions.

There was a “McAfee Minute” promo where Pat spoke for one minute during the break.

Stephanie Vaquer was interviewed by Cathy Kelley backstage. Kelley misspoke, saying Vaquer is going to WrestleMania, but she meant Money in the Bank. Vaquer said she was excited about going to Money in the Bank. Rhea Ripley interrupted, Kelley left and Ripley wished Vaquer good luck. Ripley shook hands with Vaquer.

Let’s Hear from Lyra Valkyria…and Becky Lynch

The Women’s Intercontinental Champion, Lyra Valkyria, called out Becky Lynch so she could say what she wanted to say to Becky’s face. That led to “The Man” Becky Lynch making her entrance. Lyra admits that she has changed because she said that she needed to get angry. Lyra said nobody had hurt her the way that Lynch had hurt her. Lyra said she has beat her twice and at Money in the Bank she’s going to beat the crap out of Lynch and make sure Lynch doesn’t poison what it means to be Women’s IC Champion. Lynch said that she thinks that Lyra wanted an excuse to hate Lynch. Lynch said that Lyra wants to replace Lynch, but she can’t do that, and nobody can do that. Lynch said she didn’t want to hurt Lyra, she wanted to make Lyra better. Lynch said that what will hurt Lyra the most is when Lyra has to raise Lynch’s hand. Lynch left.

Lyra said those were some more big words. Lyra wanted to give Tulsa a preview of what was going to happen. Lynch said that she doesn’t fight in Tulsa, so see you in Los Angeles at Money in the Bank. Lyra left the ring and fought with Lynch in the aisle. They exchanged some punches, but the fight ended quickly, with referees there to break it up.

Analysis: It was okay, but I think they have done better promos in the past. Lyra did a nice job of showing intensity. Lynch says the same things as a heel about Lyra wanting to be like her and stuff like that. As I mentioned earlier, I might pick Lynch to win at MITB.

A clip aired of Tyrese Haliburton of the Indiana Pacers, who hit some big shots against the New York Knicks. Tyrese did a choking gesture, so WWE is now selling a Tyrese choking shirt.

Penta was featured in a video package talking about winning Money in the Bank. Penta said nobody is as hungry as him. Penta said Money in the Bank is his destiny.

It was time for tag team action as the World Heavyweight Champion and Sami Zayn made their entrance in the back part of the arena. Jey did his usual Yeeting routine with the fans and it took a few minutes. It went through the break for some fans too.

Bron Breakker & “Big” Bronson Reed (w/Paul Heyman) vs. Jey Uso & Sami Zayn

The first few minutes were about the heels working over Jey. After a few minutes, Jey hit a jawbreaker and brought Zayn in. Zayn worked over Bron with punches against the turnbuckle. Bron caught a leaping Zayn and hit a powerslam for two. Reed was back in with a hard chop to Zayn’s chest.

Jey got the tag and worked over Bron with repeated punches, much to the crowd’s delight. Bron sent Jey to the apron, Jey hit a jumping kick to the head and when Jey tried another move, Bron moved. Bron hit a double knee attack for a two count. Bron ran the ropes and Jey hit a superkick. Jey slapped on a sleeper hold on Breakker, but Reed was there to break it up. Zayn attacked Reed, who splashed Zayn against the turnbuckle. Zayn sent Bron out of the ring. Zayn went for a cross body block onto both opponents, but he was caught. Jey hit a suicide dive on three guys on the floor. Seth Rollins showed up and hit The Stomp on Jey for the DQ finish. It went about 9 minutes.

Winners by disqualification: Jey Uso & Sami Zayn

Analysis: *** They were on their way to a pretty good match when Seth Rollins ruined it. I can understand not wanting Bron and Reed to lose, so that’s why the DQ finish made sense to me.

After the match, Rollins ordered his guys to beat up Zayn some more. Reed teased a splash off the top onto the table, but that was never going to happen. CM Punk made the save with a steel chair that he used to hit Bron, and Punk threw the chair at Reed. When Punk got into the ring, Rollins ran away. Rollins told Bron that they know where Punk will be later tonight, so they’ve got him where they want him.

Analysis: It teases Rollins and friends showing up again during Punk’s match later in the show.

The Judgment Day was shown in the clubhouse. Liv Morgan complained to Finn Balor about Roxanne Perez getting involved. Balor tried to explain that it was nothing. Morgan didn’t like it and didn’t want Perez at ringside for Raquel’s match up next. After Raquel and Liv left, Dominik Mysterio talked to Finn Balor about messing up last week. Balor said he was okay with it and it was water under the bridge.

Kairi Sane and Raquel Rodriguez made their entrance. This was during the break for some fans.

Raquel Rodriguez (w/Liv Morgan) vs. Kairi Sane

There were a few minutes of action that I missed. Sane was in control of the action. Sane hit a dropkick to the knee and a Blockbuster. Sane hit a running forearm. Liv tried to interfere, but Iyo Sky showed up to stop that. Raquel reached for Sky, but Sane kicked Raquel into the ring post. Sane went up top and hit an Insane Elbow for the pinfall win. It went about six minutes.

Winner by pinfall: Kairi Sane

Analysis: **1/2 A big win for Sane thanks to Sky watching her friend’s back. It should set up Sane and Sky against Morgan and Rodriguez.

Sami Zayn was getting checked on by a trainer. Karrion Kross walked up to Zayn, so Zayn wondered what was Karrion’s problem with him over the last few months. Kross said that Zayn is capable of being a World Champion and should have been a World Champion by now. Kross told Zayn he’s not a good guy, he’s a bad guy like the rest of us. Zayn said you’re wrong. Kross said he might be wrong, but he might be right too.

Analysis: Karrion Kross is an interesting and unique character who should be featured more, but they don’t put him in matches. They should. I don’t get why he’s kept backstage so much and rarely involved in the ring.

AJ Styles was shown getting ready for his match up next.

Giulia was featured in a video package. Giulia talked about being indisputable. It was the same video that aired last week and it was during the break for some fans.

Roxanne Perez was interviewed by Cathy Kelley. Perez said that Finn Balor sees her for who she is, a 23-year-old prodigy. Perez isn’t just there to assist; she’s there to dominate, and she’ll show that when she wins Money in the Bank.

There was a rundown of the Worlds Collide and Money in the Bank cards. Here’s Money in the Bank:

* Cody Rhodes & Jey Uso vs. John Cena & Logan Paul

* Women’s Intercontinental Championship: Lyra Valkyria vs. Becky Lynch

* Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match: Naomi vs. Giulia vs. Roxanne Perez vs. Alexa Bliss vs. Rhea Ripley vs. Stephanie Vaquer

* Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match: Andrade vs. Seth Rollins vs. LA Knight vs. Solo Sikoa vs. Penta vs. ???

Next week on Raw: Jey Uso defends the World Heavyweight Title against Gunther. A video package aired to set that up.

Jey Uso spoke to Gunther in the locker room. Gunther said Jey tries to be a great champion, but because Jey refuses to think with his head instead of his heart. Gunther is going to take the title from him. Gunther said Jey is a great guy. Gunther said that a week out, Jey isn’t 100%. Gunther said that Jey is in a tag team match just two days before he faces Gunther, who mentioned Jey was doing it for Cody. Gunther said Jey is making it easy for him. Gunther told Jey that in one week, the party is over. Jey said, “Tap,” and he’ll see him next week.

Analysis: There were a lot of good points by Gunther in that segment. Well done to set up their title match on Raw next week.

It was time for the main event entrances with AJ Styles and El Grande Americano up first. That was during the break for most fans. CM Punk was up last when the show returned and the fans were cheering loudly.

Men’s Money in the Bank Qualifying Match: CM Punk vs. AJ Styles vs. El Grande Americano

The announcers did their usual argument about Grande with Cole thinking it was Gable, while Pat doesn’t think they are the same guy. It’s cool seeing Punk and Styles in the same match, considering their history going back over 20 years, but it wasn’t treated like a big deal here. After some interesting exchanges, Styles went for a springboard clothesline, but Grande stopped that and knocked Styles down. Punk tried taking Grande’s mask off, but Grande stopped that. Grande hit a dive off the apron onto Punk on the floor. Grande knocked Styles down onto the commentary table. Punk chopped Grande in the chest, and they went into the ring again. They were on a break for some fans. Grande did a dragon screw leg whip and hit some knee drops to the left knee. Grande kicked Styles off the apron to the floor. Grande set up Punk on the top rope, he went for a suplex, but Punk fought him off.

Styles got back into it with a belly-to-back suplex on Grande from the apron to the mat. Punk hit an elbow drop. Punk hit a spinning neckbreaker on Grande. Grande hit an impressive German Suplex on Styles, who did a moonsault bump. The fans chanted “He’s Chad Gable/No He’s Not” as Grande jumped off the top, but Punk caught him. Styles managed to hit a reverse DDT and forward DDT on both opponents for two counts. The fans chanted “We Want Truth” again for R-Truth. Grande tripped up Styles and applied the Ankle Lock on Styles, who got out of it. Punk tried GTS on Grande, but Grande caught him and applied the Ankle Lock. Punk rolled through Grande and Styles hit a Styles Clash on Grande for two because Punk broke it up. Punk hit a neckbreaker on Styles for two because Grande broke it up. Punk set up Grande on the top rope, Styles sent after Punk and wanted a Styles Clash, but Punk fought out of it. Punk hit a jackknife cover for two and Grande hit a moonsault off the top onto Styles. Grande went for another moonsault, Punk avoided it and Punk hit the GTS for two because Bron Breakker pulled Punk out of the ring. Bronson Reed showed up at ringside as well. Sami Zayn and Jey Uso went to ringside to fight with Bron and Reed. Styles was hit in the back of his knee during that. Styles managed to recover and hit a springboard cross body block onto the guys on the floor. Styles went for Phenomenal Forearm, but Grane avoided it with a headbutt on Styles. Grande covered for the pinfall win after about 13 minutes.

Winner by pinfall: El Grande Americano

Analysis: ***1/2 A very good match between three outstanding wrestlers. I thought CM Punk would win and go on to Money in the Bank, but it didn’t happen. That Grande headbutt did it again, this time to Styles, and it’s a result that surprised me.

Here is the match for the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match: Andrade vs. Seth Rollins vs. LA Knight vs. Solo Sikoa vs. Penta vs. El Grande Americano.

Analysis: I was thinking that Seth Rollins might win, but perhaps it is too obvious, and he’ll get screwed out of the win. I may go with El Grande Americano as the winner. I’m not sure yet.

After the match, Grande left to the back. Seth Rollins went down to ringside to fight with Punk. Punk wanted a GTS on Punk, but Bron made the save with a Spear. Sami Zayn got into the fight, but that didn’t work because Seth’s group was too powerful; Bron hit a Spear on Zayn as well. Rollins hit The Stomp on Punk and Zayn. Jey Uso tried to fight off Seth’s group, but they were too strong. Reed hit a Tsunami splash on Jey. Reed hit another Tsunami on Jey. Rollins posed with his group in the ring. End show.

Analysis: Last week, it was Seth’s group that retreated, so this week, they appear strong. That’s how they have looked most weeks. It was more of the same this week, establishing them as huge threats. It also makes me think Zayn and/or Punk will cost Rollins in the MITB match, so that’s why I mentioned Rollins getting screwed out of the win.

This week’s Raw had a runtime of 2 hours and 27 minutes on Netflix.

Final Thoughts on WWE Raw

I think it was a solid show, but it didn’t feel that great. I liked the CM Punk-Sami Zayn promo to set up the main event, and then it was more of the same, with the Seth Rollins group standing tall at the end while Punk failed to qualify for the Money in the Bank match. The best match was Grande-Punk-Styles in the main event with a surprising Grande winner. The women’s triple threat was fine, and I’m not surprised by the Stephanie Vaquer win there.

It doesn’t feel like a hot period for WWE. The women’s MITB features three recent main roster call-ups, and the men’s MITB doesn’t have that much star power, considering how good the roster is. I hope MITB is a great show, but I’m not sure if it will be as good as it has been in past years.

The next WWE PLE is Money in the Bank on June 7th. Here’s the lineup so far.

* Cody Rhodes & Jey Uso vs. John Cena & Logan Paul

* Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match: Andrade vs. Seth Rollins vs. LA Knight vs. Solo Sikoa vs. Penta vs. El Grande Americano

* Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match: Naomi vs. Giulia vs. Roxanne Perez vs. Alexa Bliss vs. Rhea Ripley vs. Stephanie Vaquer

* Women’s Intercontinental Championship: Lyra Valkyria vs. Becky Lynch

You can watch WWE Money in the Bank, streaming live on Saturday, June 7, at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT on Peacock in the United States and on Netflix everywhere else.
