Report: Update On Randy Orton Taking Time Off After WWE Survivor Series

Former WWE Champion Randy Orton and his wife are expecting a new addition to their family very soon.

As we reported on three weeks ago, Orton’s wife is pregnant and due to give birth on November 22, two days after Survivor Series. When this news came out, it was speculated that Orton would be missing Survivor Series. However, it was clear that Orton would be working Survivor Series once it was announced that he would be a part of Team Smackdown’s Men’s Team.

Dave Meltzer mentioned in the most recent edition of his Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Orton is currently scheduled to have the week off following this Sunday’s Survivor Series. Meltzer also notes that, as of right now, it’s just one week, so Orton’s scheduled to return for the November 29 edition of Smackdown from the Colonial Life Arena in Columbia, South Carolina.
