World Wrestling Entertainment’s Cruiserweight Classic (CWC) has been an exciting addition to WWE’s weekly wrestling programming. It also seems like the tournament has been a big success on the WWE Network since WWE is so happy with it that they decided to bring back the Cruiserweight Division to Monday Night Raw every week once the CWC comes to an end on September 4.

With the Cruiserweight Division coming to Raw in the fall, it was inevitable that WWE was going to sign some of the CWC competitors to full-time deals. Those names are reportedly Kota Ibushi, Cedric Alexander, Akira Tozawa and Mascara Dorada (a.k.a. Gran Metalik) and it is believed that they are likely to sign. This is according to the latest edition of Dave Meltzer’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter. The Wrestling Observer also notes that Tajiri is under consideration.
