WWE’s Seth Rollins Shares Surprising Video Weeks After Surgery

Seth Rollins

Seth Rollins has given the latest insight into his long road to recovery as he is forced to miss time out from WWE due to serious injury.

Former World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins has been dealing with a knee injury since the January 15th edition of Raw when he successfully defended his championship against Jinder Mahal.

Despite that Rollins vowed to continue to battle on to WrestleMania 40 and he did just that but it was not a successful weekend for the star.

At WrestleMania 40, Seth Rollins teamed up with Cody Rhodes against The Rock & Roman Reigns in the Saturday night main event. That match went 45 minutes with Rollins spending lots of time in the ring and out of the ring as well as Rock getting the win over Cody.

On WrestleMania Sunday, Rollins lost the World Heavyweight Title that he held for ten months to Drew McIntyre. That wasn’t all because Rollins also appeared during the main event to help Cody against Reigns in the Bloodline Rules match, which saw Reigns hit Rollins with a steel chair in the back moments before Cody came back to get the win.

Seth Rollins Back In The Gym After Surgery

Rollins has since undergone surgery on his knee to repair his torn MCL and meniscus but still faces considerable time out from WWE.

Now Seth Rollins has shared a video on social media of him back in the gym with the caption “Strength. Function.”

During his absence, Seth Rollins has signed a new deal with WWE as his previous contract got perilously close to its end. However, Rollins’ wife Becky Lynch has left WWE as her own deal lapsed and she is not believed to have signed a new one.
