WWE’s Raquel Rodriguez Shares Brave Video Detailing Her Health Battle
Raquel Rodriguez is back in competitive action in WWE but now she’s opened up more about the condition that kept her away from the ring.
Prior to the 19th of February edition of Monday Night Raw, Raquel Rodriguez had not been in action in a WWE ring since early December 2023.
In January Raquel Rodriguez confirmed she had been diagnosed with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS). The condition is defined by the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology as:
MCAS is a condition in which the patient experiences repeated episodes of the symptoms of anaphylaxis – allergic symptoms such as hives, swelling, low blood pressure, difficulty breathing and severe diarrhea. High levels of mast cell mediators are released during those episodes.

Now taking to social media, Rodriguez has given a new update on her condition bravely sharing a video where the effects are visible on her skin:

Raquel Rodriguez became the last WWE star to qualify for the women’s Elimination Chamber match when she won the last chance battle royal on Raw.
Rodriguez will do battle with Becky Lynch, Liv Morgan, Naomi, Tiffany Stratton, and Bianca Belair for a chance to challenge for the Women’s World Championship at WrestleMania 40.
