With Crown Jewel on the horizon, a new report has indicated WWE’s plans for their first Saudi Arabian premium live event in 2023.

On the 5th of November 2022, WWE will present Crown Jewel from Mrsool Park, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The main event of that show will see social media sensation and undefeated WWE Superstar – albeit in two matches – Logan Paul challenge Roman Reigns for his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.

The company recently announced that Elimination Chamber will take place in Montreal, Quebec, Canada in early 2023, one year after the event was held for the first time in the Middle Eastern Kingdom.

Now PWInsider has reported that despite Elimination Chamber not making a return to Saudi Arabia, WWE will be in early 2023. The report states that the show held there won’t take place in February but will take place in the spring. The first premium live event as part of the company’s ten-year deal with the Saudi General Sports Authority was the Greatest Royal Rumble which took place in April 2018 – less than 3 weeks after WrestleMania 34.

As well as Logan Paul and Roman Reigns clashing at Crown Jewel, Karrion Kross and Drew McIntyre will resume hostilities in a Steel Cage match, Omos and Braun Strowman will clash, The O.C. and The Judgment Day will square off in a six-man tag team match, and Brock Lesnar will face former US Champion, Bobby Lashley.
