WWE’s “Next John Cena” Named

When John Cena retires, someone else will take his spot in WWE. However, the man who takes that spot will need to fill big shoes. Keeping that in mind, the global juggernaut needs to pick the best of the lot.

The Champ will retire after his last match on December 13th, 2025, at Saturday Night’s Main Event. He has claimed that he 100% done after that, and will not return for another match.

John Cena’s replacement is WWE’s next big thing

Former WWE Superstar Maven spoke with TMZ’s Inside the Ring about John Cena’s replacement and who he felt would do a good job. Accordingly to him, Bron Breakker is doing a splendid job in WWE and can be put in that place where he does what John Cena did for the company.

I’m looking forward to the career of Bron. I think Bron lends a bit of athleticism that we just have not seen. And just intrigue whenever I see a one-of-one person, and you know Bron’s a one of one, they just again, God does not make many people like Bron Breakker.
That sprinting down the ramp, diving, spearing, and then flipping over, where I was just like my mind was blown. I’m looking forward to seeing where his career takes him. I saw him representing the company well, too. And I bring that up so much because nowadays it’s so important. You can’t have a mega John Cena-level star if you can’t put these guys out in mainstream and ask them to push our pay-per-view, push our PLE, push our show we have coming up, and you know they’re going to do a good job. You know that they’re going to be well spoken. Bron does that. It actually shocked me when I saw him.
I saw him on ESPN back a few months a few months ago, and I was like, again, it’s not that I was not expecting much out of him, but I wasn’t expecting much out of him, and I left being like holy cow, like he is, he’s somehow the best of Rick and Scott and even improved. So, he’s the one that I’m eagerly looking forward to. Asking if anyone’s going to, you know, fill the jorts, the jean shorts of John Cena, that’s a tall task. But, I’m definitely looking forward to the career of Bron.

Bron Breakker is scheduled to face CM Punk for the World Heavyweight Championship next.
