WWE’s Main Roster Starting Salary Now Higher Than Ever

Triple H WWE cash

WWE is making more money than ever before and it seems that means good news for the stars on its roster as well as pay goes up.

WWE has touted record-breaking revenue in recent months following Endeavor’s takeover of the company in 2023. The company has gone international like never before with PLEs taking place all across the globe in front of packed arenas and stadiums.

WWE signed a $5 billion deal with Netflix in early 2024 to bring the company’s content to the streaming giant starting with Raw in January 2025. In short, business is booming.

WWE Minimum Pay Shoots Up

In a recent Fightful Select Q&A, Sean Ross Sapp noted that the minimum pay for the WWE main roster was $250,000. That number was mentioned by Triple H in 2022, but it seems as time has moved on, that number has shot up.

Since posting that number, Sapp noted that WWE sources had revealed that the minimum number is now $350,000 per year, up a whopping 40% from three years ago. It was also noted that WWE stars still usually have to cover their own car rentals and hotels while the company covers air travel for its talent.

One new WWE star is set to sign on the dotted line as Ricky Starks is set to sign his WWE contract after making his shock NXT debut.
