WWE Wants Injured Star Back For WrestleMania

WWE logo over blurred neck surgery

A new report has given an update on an injured WWE star.

On the December 6th edition of SmackDown, it was announced that Tonga Loa had suffered a torn bicep at Survivor Series. The star sustained the injury inside WarGames as the New Bloodline lost to Roman Reigns, The Usos, CM Punk, and Sami Zayn and later underwent surgery.

Loa wasn’t alone in coming out of the match worse for wear, with both Jimmy Uso and Bronson Reed also sustaining injuries.

During the latest episode of SportsKeeda’s Backstage Pass Q&A, Wrestle Votes noted that WWE is hoping to have Loa back around WrestleMania.

“They’re shooting for Wrestlemania. I don’t know if they have a spot for him. You know, I wouldn’t say that he’s got a tag match lined up, but they’re shooting that he’s back on TV around WrestleMania.”

Bronson Reed To Miss Several Big WWE Events

While Tonga Loa might be back for WrestleMania, Bronson Reed will be forced to miss the spectacular after revealing the true extent of his ankle injury.

In the days after Survivor Series it was believed that Reed had broken his ankle when jumping from the top of the double cage. However, unfortunately for Reed, the reality was much more serious.

In a recent post on social media, Reed explained he’d “smashed his talus bone,” and needed to have bone marrow taken from his hip and put into his foot.
