WWE Urged To Avoid Repeating Ron Killings Mistake

Ron Killings/R-Truth WWE

One WWE personality has urged the company to learn its lessons from the Ron Killings debacle and not repeat its mistake.

The wrestling world was shocked when R-Truth revealed his time in WWE was coming to an end as his contract was not being renewed. That led to even more surprise when R-Truth made his quick return at Money In The Bank, where he took out John Cena.

Triple H tried to suggest that R-Truth’s exit was simply part of the show, hinting that Truth wasn’t really let go but that is far from the case. It later emerged that Nick Khan intervened and was instrumental in bringing R-Truth back into the fold, albeit with a twist. The fun-loving goofball WWE fans have known for the past 13 years is now gone, and a serious Ron Killings is on the hunt for respect in the company.

WWE Needs to Avoid Repeating History

Speaking on Cheap Heat, broadcaster Pete Rosenberg noted that he’s not concerned about how WWE got there, he’s just glad Killings is back in the fold, but suggested the company shouldn’t make the same mistake again:

The fact that [Ron Killings] is back is phenomenal. However they got there, I’m glad they got there. Let’s never make this mistake again.
