WWE TLC Pay-Per-View Moved to October and Featuring Raw
Since its inception in 2009, WWE’s TLC pay-per-view has always been in December. However, this year it will take place on October 22 at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This was confirmed through the Target Center’s Twitter account.
Just announced: @WWE TLC PAY-PER-VIEW on Sun, Oct 22! 1st PPV in the Twin Cities in 2+ years! On sale Fri at 10am. https://t.co/uXllld4Wvnpic.twitter.com/kdy1UrJYHS

Also, the featured image for TLC on Target Center’s event page features Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns and Samoa Joe. The website also reads “See Your Favorite Raw Superstars Live.” That means that this year’s TLC will be a Raw-exclusive pay-per-view. This would be a change this year since last year’s TLC was exclusive to Smackdown.
No word yet on what that means for Hell in a Cell, which was a Raw show in October last year. Perhaps it will be a Smackdown show in December like TLC was.
