WWE Thrilled With Dangerous Bloodline Star

The Bloodline WWE

Despite not being in a match at SummerSlam, one Bloodline star stole the headlines and it seems WWE has taken notice.

At SummerSlam, Cody Rhodes continued his seemingly never-ending battle with The Bloodline as he took on Solo Sikoa. Although the American Nightmare walked in with championship gold and the WWE Universe behind him, the task ahead was immense.

With the match contested under “Bloodline Rules” fans were expecting chaos and that’s exactly what they got. There was a cameo from Arn Anderson before the opening bell, while Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, Randy Orton, and Kevin Owens all got involved.

However, things seemed to turn following an intervention from Jacob Fatu who put Rhodes through the announce table with a huge splash from the top rope. That move may have done more damage to Fatu, however, as he was seen sporting a walking boot after the show as he sold an injury to his leg.

That summed up a tough night for The Bloodline as the Original Tribal Chief Roman Reigns returned to WWE, wiping out Solo Sikoa and allowing Cody Rhodes to retain his Undisputed WWE Championship.

Jacob Fatu Brings Danger To WWE

With the match and those involved gaining a lot of attention as the bad blood threatens to spill into the fall, a new report has given insight into how WWE views Jacob Fatu since he joined the company.

PWInsider has reported that WWE higher-ups are “thrilled” with Jacob Fatu with one company source noting that the star “brings a true element of danger.”

It remains to be seen if the injury suffered at SummerSlam keeps him out of action for any length of time. Fatu has already captured gold in the company as he and Tama Tonga are the current WWE Tag Team Champions.
