WWE Tease New ID Talent Announcement

Triple H WWE Performance Center

WWE has its sights set on its first publicly announced prospect signed to its new, controversial ID program.

On October 29th, WWE announced the creation of its new WWE ID program. The initiative will build on the company’s existing NIL program which was launched back in 2021 to identify the next generation of superstars.

WWE ID aims to create a pathway from the independent scene to the sports entertainment giant, with accredited athletes being given access to the company’s facilities and coaches. The new program will see the company partner with several wrestling schools such as Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling, and Cody Rhodes’ Nightmare Factory.

The announcement sparked concern with some independent promoters fearing a similar effect to what happened in the UK when the country was given its own NXT brand, as the biggest names from the scene were snapped up.

Reality Of Wrestling To Feature WWE ID Reveal

WWE has now confirmed on social media that the first announced WWE ID talent will be revealed at Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling’s Super Sunday event on November 10th at the Walker Texas Lawyer Arena in Texas City, Texas.

In addition to Booker T’s and Cody Rhodes’ schools, the other affiliated WWE ID schools are Seth Rollins’ Black and Brave Academy in Davenport, Elite Pro Wrestling Training Center in Concord, N.H., and KnokX Pro Academy in Los Angeles.
