WWE SummerSlam Might Only Be The Start For Jelly Roll
WWE fans might not have seen the last of Jelly Roll.
Throughout 2025, WWE has continued to embrace celebrity culture in a massive way. But while the company eventually ran out of patience with Travis Scott, things couldn’t be more different when it comes to Jelly Roll.
The country music star is set to team with Randy Orton to face Logan Paul and Drew McIntyre at SummerSlam as he makes his in-ring debut.
As the rivalry between the two sides has continued to escalate, Jelly Roll got the last laugh on the July 25 SmackDown, flattening Paul with a Black Hole Slam.
Jelly Roll Impressing WWE Bosses
According to a new report via Wrestle Votes Radio, WWE is “extremely impressed” with Jelly Roll’s drive and desire to deliver a quality performance. In addition, there’s a hope he’ll return to the company in early 2026.
Just two weeks after SummerSlam, the star is set to begin a tour through Europe before heading to Australia in October, finishing up at Corona Capital in Mexico City on November 15.
Earlier in July, Jelly Roll revealed that he’s been training at the WWE Performance Center on a daily basis for around four weeks after quietly moving to Orlando, Florida. He added that he’s been working hard alongside coach Matt Bloom and did a three-hour in-ring workout with Jacob Fatu.
The Undertaker, Michelle McCool, and Kevin Owens have also been among the WWE stars to help him out.
The star also appeared in the crowd during the July 29 edition of NXT.
