WWE Stars Pulled From Upcoming TV Match

Triple H WWE

WWE has been forced into a change of plans for an upcoming tag team match on NXT with injury seeming to have ruled one star out of action.

The Good Brothers Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson made a surprise return to NXT on the February 20th edition of the show when they attacked Chase U’s Andre Chase and Duke Hudson.

Anderson and Gallows have not had a televised match together in WWE since August 2023 when they lost to the Street Profits but all that is about to change. The OC pair were set to compete against Edris Enofe and Malik Blade on the 27th of February edition of NXT but WWE has been forced into a change.

Now in a preview shared by WWE on social media and that aired on Raw, Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows are advertised to go two-on-two with Chase U.

Enofe was reported to have suffered a serious injury on the 6th of February edition of NXT that could keep him out of action for some time.

Also scheduled for the show is NXT Champion Ilja Dragunov going face-to-face with Carmelo Hayes, Lexis King vs. Von Wagner, Kelani Jordan vs. Kiana James, Dijak vs. Luca Crusifino, and Noam Dar defending the NXT Heritage Cup against a member of the No Quarter Catch Crew.

WWE Forced Into Other Big Changes

WWE has been forced into some higher-profile creative changes in recent weeks. CM Punk suffered a serious injury at the Royal Rumble meaning he will miss WrestleMania 40 after being destined for a World Heavyweight Championship match with Seth Rollins.

Brock Lesnar has been pulled from plans by WWE after he was implicated in the lawsuit filed against Vince McMahon. Lesnar was widely believed to be facing Gunther at WrestleMania 40 but it seems The Ring General now has his choice of challengers lining up to face him.
