WWE Stars Distraught After Faction Splits
Several WWE stars are facing up to the fact their careers will look very different going forward.
These have been troubling times for Chase U. Back in September, Ridge Holland turned his back on the group and although it wasn’t clear at the time, it was a moment that would eventually spell the end for the faction.
Looking for revenge, leader Andre Chase clashed with Holland on the November 19th edition of NXT, with the winner going on to face NXT Champion Trick Williams at Deadline. In an added stipulation, if Chase lost, he would be forced to cut ties with the group bearing his name.
Unfortunately for Chase, that’s exactly what happened, with Holland earning the win with his Redeemer. As the gravity of the situation sunk in, Chase looked close to tears as students Riley Osborne, Thea Hail, and Duke Hudson looked on.
WWE Stars Struggling To Deal With Defeat
Unsurprisingly, the result hasn’t gone down with a number of now-former Chase U members. In the wake of the crushing loss, Andre Chase took to social media to address his group’s demise while thanking his former students.
And I guess that’s the TEACHABLE MOMENT… You guys never needed me. I was the one who always needed y’all. Thank you for everything. I wouldn’t be here without you.

Duke Hudson added that he was “numb,” while Thea Hail was seemingly struggling with the result.
