WWE Star Issues Urgent Statement After Hacking
One WWE star has rushed to make a very public statement after their social media account was hacked as they urged fans to avoid scams.
Asuka has suffered from her Twitter account being hacked, and her latest post contained suspicious hashtags. A community note linked to that post notes:
Asuka had made a tweet stating her account was being compromised by hackers in Germany minutes before this tweet. The tweet was then deleted. Do not engage with crypto links or scams from hackers.
Asuka took to her KanaChan TV YouTube channel to confirm that hackers had got hold of her account and she had urged fans to not engage with any links or promotions that are likely to be scams:
Hey guys. I’m filming this urgently. Since yesterday, my Twitter or X account has been hacked. If you see any posts from my account promoting products, services, or sharing suspicious links, there is a high chance it’s a scam. Please be careful. Sorry for the trouble.
WWE’s Asuka Rejects Personal Approaches
Prior to the hacking, Asuka rejected any romantic approaches towards her. The absent WWE star hinted at a recent negative interaction with a fan, although she didn’t give any details. The star warned those who want to make “personal approaches,” explaining she’s been feeling in danger recently, and as a result has consulted with police.
“I absolutely reject any romantic or personal approaches toward me. There is absolutely no possibility for others to interfere in my private life.”
“Please don’t have romantic feelings for me. It’s meaningless—100% pointless.”
“I’ve been feeling in danger recently. I’ve already consulted the police. At this rate, even if fans approach me at the airport or in the city, I will feel the possibility that something might happen, and it will scare me, making me unable to respond.”
