WWE Star Turns Heel On Former Partner
A reunion looked set to be on the cards on WWE Raw but instead, it seems one star has turned heel and is looking for revenge.
Raw in Dayton kicked off with Sheamus in action against Bronson Reed with the former WWE Champion picking up the win. Reed attempted to attack the Irish star after the bout but was stopped in his tracks by Sheamus’ former Brawling Brutes partner Pete Dunne.
However, Dunne decided to attack Sheamus himself and then leave him at the mercy of Reed as he nailed his opponent with a Tsunami Splash.

Sheamus & Pete Dunne Have WWE History
In March 2022, Pete Dunne graduated to WWE’s main roster where he became known as Butch, joining Sheamus and Ridge Holland in The Brawling Brutes. Sheamus took 8 months off following his loss to Edge on SmackDown in August 2023 leaving Holland and Dunne to get on with things and Dunne eventually walked out on Ridge Holland ending The Brutes’ run.
Since then Ridge Holland has found himself on the NXT roster once again as part of Chase U while Dunne shed his Butch persona and formed a tag team with Tyler Bate as the New Catch Republic. However, Tyler Bate will be out of action for several months with an undisclosed injury and it looks like Dunne will be feuding with Sheamus in the meantime.
