WWE Star Threatens A Town Down Under Split

Ahead of a huge tag team bout, one WWE star has teased the long-awaited end of A Town Down Under.

For months now, tension has been teased between Grayson Waller and Austin Theory as Waller has left his tag team partner to be beaten up multiple times while Theory has also grown tired of Waller’s “banter.”

However, despite the unease, A Town Down Under continues to plough on in WWE and now the team will get a shot at gold as they challenge Nathan Frazer and Axiom for the NXT Tag Team Championship on the 8th of October edition of the show.

However, Nathan Frazer might have a bad omen for Theory and Waller if they fail to win the gold in St. Louis, Missouri. Taking to social media, Frazer pointed out that the Wolf Dogs (Bron Breakker & Baron Corbin), MSK, and Chase U’s Ridge Holland & Andre Chase have all split after losing to Frazer and Axiom and signalled A Town Down Under could be next.

There will be more main roster involvement in NXT in the coming weeks as the show makes the move to the CW Network on October 1st. That premiere edition in its new home will see CM Punk involved in the NXT Title match.
