WWE Star Tells John Cena To “Grow Some Balls”
John Cena has a big target on his back.
At Money In The Bank, John Cena announced his intention to retire from WWE in 2025. After appearing to hint he’d be ending his career at WrestleMania 41, he said he expects to compete from January to December across around 40 dates.
The announcement sent shockwaves through the wrestling world, and stars past and present have been queueing up for a shot at Cena ever since.
One such star is Bron Breakker who said it would be “great” to take on the WWE legend.
Bron Breakker Wants John Cena
Ahead of SummerSlam and his clash with Sami Zayn, Breakker again called out Cena in an interview with SEScoops, this time taking a much more blunt approach.
The second-generation star pointed out that Cena had never won the Intercontinental Title, before telling him to “grow some balls.”
“John Cena. He has never won the Intercontinental Championship before. So I say come take it from me. Come take the Championship from me. Grow some balls, come take the Championship from me. Let’s go. Let’s do it.”
Interestingly, although very limited, the pair do have a history dating back to Breakker’s time in NXT. The upstart talked trash to Cena on an episode of the show back in October and ended up narrowly escaping an AA.
At SummerSlam, Bron Breakker defeated Sami Zayn to win the Intercontinental Championship. The victory meant Breakker captured championship gold on the main roster for the first time, and he did so in front of his father Rick Steiner, and uncle Scott Steiner.
