WWE Star Teases Alliance With Released AEW Pair
One WWE star has teased a partnership with two former AEW stars.
The Righteous had several AEW matches beginning in 2023, but the tag team was mainly used in Tony Khan’s Ring of Honor. Dutch and Vincent’s highest-profile match during this run came when they challenged MJF in a two-on-one match for the ROH Tag Team Championship at WrestleDream in 2023. MJF won the bout despite his tag team partner, Adam Cole, missing the action due to a serious ankle injury.
Dutch and Vincent were still competing in Ring of Honor in April 2025 when they teamed with The Premier Athletes to defeat Spanish Announce Project & The Kingdom.
Now, it’s been confirmed that The Righteous have been released from their AEW contracts after asking to leave the company. But could it be because they have plans to join a WWE star?
WWE Star Digs What The Righteous Are Saying
Karrion Kross took to social media to share a video where The Righteous’ music can be heard playing, he then snaps his fingers just like Vincent does before simply saying “Tick Tock.”

Karrion Kross recently went viral for his rant against WWE management after feeling like he is constantly overlooked in favour of stars such as Logan Paul. While that rant was part of the show, it remains to be seen if Kross’ latest output has any basis in reality.
