WWE Star Still Furious About Online Contract Leak
A popular WWE star wishes come things were kept private.
In recent weeks and months, Karrion Kross has become more popular than ever, as he continues to blur the lines between reality and fiction. This included venting his frustration at the length of his contract being leaked to reporters.
The star’s contract is set to expire later in 2025, and he’s not happy that the information is now in the public domain.
During an interview with Ariel Helwani, Kross was asked about the details of his contract leaking online, and he candidly admitted it “put him over the edge.”
“That put me over the edge. I think that happened online shortly after AOP and Ellering were gone. It was just kind of one thing after another. I’m still pretty p*ssed about that…
I don’t know who did it, it’s impossible to say, I have no idea. But, I was kind of out of my mind at that moment, so it’s kinda hard to put myself back there.”
When asked why the leak bothered him so much, Kross said it was a simple matter of privacy.
“It’s just privacy, you know what I mean? Who the hell is supposed to know about that? Stuff gets leaked all the time…”
WWE Stars Went to Karrion Kross In Tears
During the same conversation, the former NXT Champion broke down his already-infamous worked-shoot promo following WrestleMania, where he took aim at just about everyone in his way.
Karrion Kross said that he got a standing ovation backstage the next day, as many Superstars thanked him for speaking up about his frustration. He added that some were even in tears as they did so.
However, he did concede that “not everyone was thrilled.” Hinting that management might not have enjoyed his outburst as much as his peers and fans online.
Kross is yet to wrestle on the main roster since cutting his promo, and has just two Main Event matches to his name since WrestleMania weekend.
