WWE Star Makes Shock Return To Raw After 5 Month Absence

One WWE star made a surprise return to Raw, five months after they were last seen on the show.

Seth Rollins was stripped of the World Heavyweight Championship one week after The Vision viciously betrayed their leader, kicking him out of the group. This all came about due to an apparent injury suffered during his Crown Jewel Championship match with Cody Rhodes.

CM Punk won a match to become the number one contender for that title on the October 13th edition of Raw with a win over Jey Uso and LA Knight. Raw General Manager Adam Pearce decided a battle royal would take place on the October 20th edition of Raw, with the winner of that facing CM Punk for the vacant title at Saturday Night’s Main Event on November 1st.

Jey Uso won that match, shockingly eliminating his brother Jimmy during the bout before throwing Dominik Mysterio over the top rope to seal his victory.

The battle royal saw sixteen stars compete, and WWE dug deep into its reserves to bring one star back out from the cold after being missing from Raw for five months to take part in the bout.

Otis Returns To WWE Raw

The last time fans saw Otis on Raw was all the way back in May, when he lost to Rusev in Rusev’s first match back in WWE after leaving AEW at the end of 2023.

It was Rusev, again, who got the better of Otis as he eliminated the former Raw Tag Team Champion first in the battle royal.
