This WWE Star Set To Eat Pin In Roman Reigns’ Return Match

Roman Reigns will be back in action at WWE SummerSlam, but one star in that match has already been earmarked to take the fall.

A knee injury suffered by Seth Rollins has taken him out of action, so Roman Reigns is having to take his frustration out on Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, and Paul Heyman instead.

Reigns returned to WWE on Raw to take the fight to the group, but the numbers advantage soon proved telling. Thankfully, Reigns had a right-hand man he could still count on as Jey Uso made the save.

Roman Reigns has issued a huge tag team challenge for SummerSlam, but that match could mean very bad news for Bronson Reed.

Bronson Reed To Count The Lights When Roman Reigns Gets Back In A WWE Ring?

Speaking on Busted Open, former WWE star Baron Corbin – now known as Bishop Dyer – explained why Bronson Reed is likely to find himself suffering the pinfall loss when Roman Reigns gets back in the ring at SummerSlam and why that might spell disaster for Reed, Breakker, and Heyman:

You’re not gonna beat Bron here so Bronson’s gonna eat the pin in my opinion. I just think it makes that group dead in the water. Maybe you can take Jey and Bron off together or Roman and Bron and try and get a WrestleMania match out of them.

But it’s gonna be a hard sell for that group taking an L at SummerSlam because you’re not gonna beat two of your top stars with a group that’s treading water. If they were super over and it was really working and they had a name and everything was slapping, maybe. But I just don’t see it happening.
