WWE SmackDown saw a seven-second match take place with one star involved making his first appearance on WWE TV in ten months.

The Rock returned to SmackDown as he ran down the crowd in Glendale, Arizona before shockingly acknowledging Roman Reigns as his Tribal Chief. The Rock also issued an intriguing challenge after Cody Rhodes challenged him to a one-on-one match when Rhodes appeared at Elimination Chamber.

The show also saw one WWE Hall of Famer make their SmackDown return as part of a huge street fight as gang warfare continues to run rampant on the blue brand.

Current NXT Tag Team Champion Bron Breakker was also in action after he was revealed to be the newest star on SmackDown as his run on the WWE main roster began in dominant fashion.

Bron Breakker Hands Out 7 Second WWE Loss

Breakker faced off with Xyon Quinn on SmackDown with Breakker dropping his opponent with one vicious spear to pick up the win in seven seconds.

Xyon Quinn had been designated as a free agent in the WWE Draft in 2023 after spending five years as part of NXT. Many believed that signalled his call-up to the main roster but Quinn only appeared as part of a battle royal on Raw in May 2023 before a ten month layoff before his return to SmackDown in Glendale, Arizona. Given how that return went, Quinn might be hoping it’s another ten months before he is seen again.
