WWE Star Responds To Being Called “Consistently Terrible”
A WWE star humorously retorted to being called ‘consistently terrible.’
Ava is the general manager of NXT, with veteran Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels as the showrunner.
The 24-year-old is often featured in backstage segments with other wrestlers, performing tasks like making impromptu matches that add to the storyline, handling squabbles, etc.
While reviewing the latest taping of NXT, Bryan Alvarez of Wrestling Observer came down harshly on Ava, calling her incompetent for failing to perform her duties.
His comments came after watching a brawl break out between Ricky Saints and Trick Williams during the show’s main event match, where Kelani Jordan defended her TNA Knockouts Championship against Jordynne Grace.
The brawl between the wrestlers started backstaged and they jumped into the ring mid-way through the match, distracting the referee.
This distraction allowed Jordan to hit Grace with her title for the pinfall.
The segment ended with security personnel storming out to seperate Saints and Willianms. Ava, too, came out and made a match between them for the gold on WWE NXT’s November 11 taping.
Ava Reacts To Her Criticism as WWE NXT Manager
Bryan Alvarez minced no words while calling out Ava’s mismanagement on the October 28 edition of WWE NXT.
In a video shared online, Alvarez went on a rant, saying:
Yeah, it’s all storyline but, like, I’m sick of the storyline that Ava is so f*cking incompetent. She allowed the show, in storyline, to be to be ruined by these two f*cking guys. She didn’t do anything about it, didn’t fine them, suspend them, kicked them out of the building. She just led them f*cking ruin the f*cking show, and then, at the end, she just goes, “We gotta solve this problem. Trick, you’re getting a rematch for the title, last man standing, in two weeks or whatever f*cking show.”
And I’m like, “Are you f*cking kidding me? They ruined your godd*mn show and your ruling is that this guy is getting a championship match?”
Ava took coginzance of explitive-laden commentary and made a self-depricating joke, comparing it to someone criticizing her on her very first day of existence.
