WWE Star Quits Social Media After Another Loss
One Superstar is struggling to keep their WWE career on track.
After leaving AEW and signing with WWE, Ethan Page was quick to find success as part of the sports entertainment giant.
The star went straight into the NXT main event picture and captured the NXT Title at Heatwave in July. But in more recent months things haven’t been clicking.
After losing the title to Trick Williams in October, he quickly became the number-one contender, only to lose out. He then qualified for the Iron Survivor Challenge match at Deadline, only to lose another big match.
Following the event, Ethan Page openly questioned himself in an interview, closing by saying “I can’t do this.”
To make matters worse he then lost a North American Title match against Tony D’Angelo on December 10th.
Ethan Page Suffers Yet Another WWE Defeat
On December 14th Ethan Page looked to get things back on track at a live event in Orlando, Florida. However, once again, he was left frustrated.
Far from gaining some respite after a solid win, Page was rolled up and defeated by Dante Chen.
WWE later shared footage of the loss on social media, while cameras followed Page around the arena looking distraught. When the crew finally caught up with the star, his mood quickly switched from despondent to angry and he shoved the camera away.
While Page is tagged in the post, when fans click on his name it says his profile no longer exists.
