WWE Star Pushes To Ban Penta’s Dangerous Move After Suffering Injury
One WWE star wants to see the end of one of Penta’s devastating moves, as they claim they suffered an injury because of it.
Penta has been a thorn in the side of The New Day for weeks now. The popular star stole Xavier Woods’ ridiculous hat that he wore on Raw as he and Kofi Kingston continued to mourn the loss of their World Tag Team Championship.
That led to Woods facing Penta one-on-one on the August 18th edition of Raw. The former AEW star was able to pick up the victory using his Mexican Destroyer. That was despite Xavier Woods seeking advice for counters to the move from the man who invented it when it was known as the Canadian Destroyer, former TNA star Petey Williams.
Now Xavier Woods has taken to social media, calling for the move to be banned altogether as WWE continues to have a ban on piledrivers:
Last night I beat @PENTAELZEROM within an inch of his life. He then cheated by using a Mexican Destroyer, which is an illegal piledriver that should be banned. I now am suffering from searing neck pain and will be getting my injury assessed by an accredited medical team.
