WWE Star Pulled From Match; Not Cleared To Compete
WWE NXT has been forced into a change after one of its stars has been pulled from a match due to injury.
At No Mercy, it was announced that an NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament would begin on the 3rd of October. The participants were revealed with Jakara Jackson, Karmen Petrovic, Lola Vice, Jaida Parker, Izzi Dame, Dani Palmer, Kelani Jordan, and Arianna Grace all taking part.
Kelani Jordan has already seen off Izzi Dame while Lola Vice has progressed at the expense of Dani Palmer. But now Jakara Jackson’s time in the tournament has come to an end due to not being cleared to compete.
WWE announces Jakara Jackson’s replacement
The news was announced on social media, with the company noting that Jackson would be replaced in the tournament by Brinley Reece:
“BREAKING: [Jakara Jackson] has not been medically cleared and will be withdrawing from the #WWENXT Women’s Breakout Tournament. [Brinley Reece] will be taking her place.”

Brinley Reece is the new name for Breanna Ruggiero who has yet to make her televised debut on the brand although she has competed on live events. Reece will take on Arianna Grace in the first round of the tournament and taking to social media said she’s ready to show the world what she can do:

The final first-round match in the NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament will pit Karmen Petrovic against Jaida Parker in what will be Parker’s television debut for the brand.
