WWE Star Out Of Action “Indefinitely”
WWE’s injury curse has struck again.
It’s been announced on social media that Ivar will be out of action indefinitely. According to WWE, the star suffered the injury after being attacked by Gallus during the May 14th episode of NXT.
There’s been no comment on the status of Wes Lee and Josh Briggs who were also on the receiving end of the attack.
Despite the announcement, there’s no word on the exact nature of Ivar’s injury or how long he’ll be out. Ivar’s tag team partner Erick has been out of action since September 2023 after undergoing neck surgery.
Injuries Causing Chaos With WWE King & Queen Of The Ring
WWE’s injury crisis has caused several changes to be made to both King and Queen of the Ring tournaments, often before competitors have even made it to the ring.
Ahead of the first round, Drew McIntyre, Bobby Lashley, Zelina Vega, and Asuka were all forced to drop out. There is no word on the issues suffered by Vega and Lashley, but McIntyre is continuing to recover from an elbow injury suffered at WrestleMania 40.
Meanwhile, Asuka has confirmed she’ll be taking some time off to deal with a knee injury. In the short video, the star said the problem had been bothering her “for a while.”
Meanwhile, CM Punk, Charlotte Flair, Dominik Mysterio, and Raquel Rodriguez all remain out of action.
