Following the news that Bobby Lashley and MVP are on their way out of WWE, a long-absent star has been removed from the roster.

On July 21st it was reported that Bobby Lashley and MVP have been removed from the internal WWE roster. However, they are not alone, as PW Nexus, who initially broke the news, also says that eight-time 24/7 Champion Tamina is also off the internal roster, although can still be seen on the WWE website.

Tamina has been part of WWE for almost 15 years, having made her debut in 2010 alongside The Usos. The star went on to become a force to be reckoned with in the women’s division, although this didn’t translate into championship gold.

Tamina finally won her first title in 2019 when she held the 24/7 Championship for a short spell. She wouldn’t taste gold again until 2021 when she teamed up with her former rival Natalya to capture the Women’s Tag Team Titles. The pair held onto the titles for 129 days before finally losing to Nikki Cross and Rhea Ripley.

In 2022, the star formed a short-lived team with Dana Brooke, with the two being unsuccessful in their attempts to win the tag titles. She last wrestled on February 27th, 2023, when Michin defeated her on an episode of Main Event and hasn’t been seen in the 17 months since.

Bobby Lashley & MVP Could Reform The Hurt Business Outside Of WWE

With both Bobby Lashley and MVP reportedly leaving the company, it appears that The Hurt Business could be looking to reform in AEW. According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, the two stars want to join back up with Shelton Benjamin for a “revamped” version of the famed group.
