An injured WWE star won’t return until well into 2026.

On the May 19 edition of Monday Night Raw, Zoey Stark looked to qualify for the women’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match. However, her night ended in disaster.

While attempting to land a missile dropkick, Stark landed awkwardly and immediately screamed in pain. The star was quickly attended to by medical staff and taken backstage.

Zoey Stark later underwent surgery on her knee and began her long road back to full fitness.

According to a new report from Fightful Select, WWE sources don’t expect Stark to wrestle again in 2025, and she could miss WrestleMania 42 in April 2026.

Kevin Owens Casts Doubt On WWE Future

In more injury news, Kevin Owens has admitted there’s no guarantee he’ll wrestle again.

Owens was forced to take a hiatus in the weeks leading up to WrestleMania 41, announcing he had suffered a serious neck injury. The star initially wanted to wrestle at the event before stepping away, but he was informed this would be too dangerous.

In a new update, Owens revealed that he’s yet to undergo surgery as his doctor is waiting to see how much his neck will repair on its own. However, there’s no question that he will go under the knife in the coming weeks.

The former World Champion admitted his neck had been in a bad way for several months, and conceded he was lucky his condition wasn’t worse.

In closing, Owens made sure not to promise that he’d get back in the ring, commenting that he doesn’t know if that will be the case.
