WWE Star Made Bizarre Pitch To Join Alexa Bliss

A WWE star has recalled making a bold bid to link up with Alexa Bliss.

Since returning to WWE in early 2023, Chelsea Green has earned a reputation as a star who can make just about anything work. This often selfless approach has earned her many admirers across the industry, as well as making her a near-constant presence on television.

But this tactic is nothing new, as Green was known for just about anything to get a foothold in the company during her first run.

Alexa Bliss’ Doll Nearly Came To Life

During a new interview with Rick Ucchino of The Takedown on Sports Illustrated, Green recalled some of her more memorable creative pitches. This included one off-the-wall idea, which would have seen Bliss’ doll Lilly come to life, with Green taking the role.

“Oh my gosh, there’s so many. The ones that I can really harp on right now would definitely be my pitch to become Lilly, Alexa Bliss’s doll. Someone has to do it. Someone has to do it. She has to do some wizardry and make this doll come to life and be her tag partner.”

Alexa Bliss will be in action at SummerSlam, where she’ll team with Charlotte Flair to challenge Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez for the Women’s Tag Team Championship. Ahead of that match, Bliss will face Perez on the July 25 edition of SmackDown.

Meanwhile, it’s been reported that SmackDown will feature a significant tribute to Hulk Hogan, who passed away on July 24.
