Massive WWE Star Could Be Lying About Serious Injury
Wrestling analyst thinks Seth Rollins could be lying about his recent injury.
Rollins suffered a shoulder injury at Crown Jewel during his match against Cody Rhodes. He had to relinquish his World Heavyweight Championship because of the injury, and at Saturday Night’s Main Event XLI, CM Punk became the new champion after defeating Jey Uso.
Before the SNME show, The Visionary made an appearance on The NFL Network’s Good Morning Football, where he confirmed he had a shoulder surgery and would be out for half a year.
“I wish, I wish I could rip this thing off. But I’m out, guy. I’m out of action for six months. My World Championship is going to be worn by some schmuck, either Jey Uso or CM Punk. It’s awful. It really is the Halloween scaries, guys.”
Former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins Might Not Be Injured
I think, you know, realizing that Seth Rollins, who said this week on I think Good Morning Football, that he was going to be out for 6 months, which, if he’s out for 6 months, November, December, January, February, March, April, it puts him back about 3 weeks before WrestleMania 42.If it’s 6 months to the day, and by the way, Seth could be lying. I’m not going to say Seth’s a liar, but the last time he was injured, he was lying. So, there’s always the possibility that Seth is lying, but the information that we have in front of us is six months, which doesn’t put him back until right before WrestleMania. (From 8:45 – 9:22)
Rollins has lied about being injured before, only to turn out completely fine. He faked a knee injury in August as a ruse to cash in his Money in the Bank contract on CM Punk at SummerSlam to win the World Heavyweight Championship.
