Ex-WWE Star Reveals Horrendous John Cena Backstage Story

John Cena doesn’t seem to be in everyone’s good books.

His fans love him and the character. He is one of the most asked for in Make-A-Wish choices, and has a Guinness World Record for the most granted wishes.

However, he might not have the same reputation among his colleagues. While most praise him for his work and being a mentor to the roster, former WWE superstar David Otunga does not share the emotion.

John Cena changed his behaviour around David Otunga’s ex-fiancée

David Otunga uploaded a video on his YouTube channel to reveal stories about John Cena that have gone untold so far. He revealed a side of John Cena that explores the flaws in him as a human being, and how one man will always hold different impressions within a group of people.

He revealed that right after kicking him out of the locker room, John Cena changed his behaviour with Otunga when the latter’s ex-fiancée Jennifer Hudson arrived backstage. The Champ had former employee Ty Bailey show them around before bringing them to meet him.

Otunga spoke about the behaviour change and how weird it was for the rest of the night.

I’m kicked out of the locker room. So, where do I change? The hallway. the bathroom. So Zeke was like, “Hey man, I put your stuff in Extra Talent.” What? Zeke moved my bags. I guess Cena made him, but they moved my bags to extra talent. I had to go find where that was. I had to change with the extras. All right. I change back into my nice dress clothes for work, and doors open up, and my fiancé is showing up. So I go to meet Jennifer. She’s here now.
It seemed like we stepped into a completely different backstage environment. For me anyway, because everybody was so cordial and just kissing up because I mean, my fiancé is an Academy Award winner and a Grammy winner, and so like she’s real famous, like outside of wrestling famous. Every last person there was a mark for her. Everybody, including you know who.

So Cena comes up. Mind you, he’s kicked me out of the locker room. We’ve never even officially met. Now he made sure that I knew he kicked out locker room. Cena had somebody from talent relations come get us so that we could be introduced to him. So, whoever was guiding, I think it was Ty Bailey. It was Ty Bailey was guiding us around, and he takes us over to Cena, and I actually, I remember Ty Bailey saying, cause Cena had sent him to do this.
He said, “Oh, do you guys want to meet John Cena?” And I remember in my mind, “Oh, not really.” Um, and I was like, “Oh, you know, whatever.” And so he takes us over there, and John introduces himself to Jennife,r and she’s just like, “Okay, hey, how you doing?” She does not really care. This isn’t her, this isn’t her scene.
She says, “Yeah, hey, you know, whatever.” And then um in front of her, he then like, “Oh, how you doing?” Shakes my hand and looks at me. So he was as nice as pie in front of her. But mind you, this man had just kicked me out of the locker room just for showing up. So I mean, he wanted beef before we even met. He wanted smoke. All right, I guess this is going to be our relationship. And then the rest of the night, you know, was weird.
