Alpha Academy is a team for competitors and on WWE Monday Night Raw Chad Gable told new recruit Maxxine Dupri that she’d need to step up and finally wrestle.

Otis and Chad Gable have found success as the Alpha Academy in WWE, capturing the Raw Tag Team Championship back in early 2022. However, in more recent times, the team has been put under stress due to the advances of Maxxine Dupri.

Maxxine Dupri was the leader of the Maximum Male Models team of Mace and Mansoor and for months had pursued Otis to join her group, much to the displeasure of Chad Gable. However, on Raw in Albany, New York, something very unexpected happened.

WWE Tag Team Champions Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn had been in the ring reflecting on their huge win at Night of Champions but they were soon interrupted by Imperium. That in turn brought out Alpha Academy and rather than Otis abandoning his partner to join Maxxine Dupri, Dupri has instead officially joined the Academy.

Dupri tried to help her new partners Gable and Otis as they took on Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci but she was eventually run off by The Viking Raiders’ Valhalla. In the end, Imperium picked up the win, meaning the Academy trio got off to a losing start.

On Raw in Hartford, CT Chad Gable confronted Maxxine Dupri over running away from Valhalla and told her that it was time that they trained her to compete in the ring. Gable then sent Dupri off to get a new outfit as training couldn’t begin in what she was wearing.

Any match that Dupri is part of following her training with Alpha Academy will be the first since she signed with WWE in March 2022.
