WWE Star Gets Unexpected New Role
An up-and-coming WWE star appears to have taken on a new role.
In recent weeks, Robert Stone has been acting as the assistant to NXT General Manager, Ava. However, it looks like he now has some competition. On the June 25th edition of the show, Stevie Turner seemed to be looking to take on a new position as she argued that she was a bigger help to Ava as she had been providing insight about goings on in the locker room.
The two began arguing, with Stone claiming Turner’s actions made her a nark and a snitch. The fighting between the pair didn’t go unnoticed by the GM, although she didn’t seem impressed by either of them, instead posting on social media to tell them to “stop yelling.”

As for Mr Stone, he made it clear this was just the start of the rivalry. Taking to social media himself to say simply, “Let the games begin.”

Ava Confirms Huge Title Match For NXT Heatwave
As well as dealing with the antics of Stevie Turner and Robert Stone, Ava made a huge NXT Championship match for Heatwave on July 7th. While Je’Von Evans won a Battle Royal on June 18th to earn a shot at the title.
However, there was controversy over just who should get the bout as Ethan Page argued that he was never eliminated from the Battle Royal. Meanwhile, Shawn Spears also made his own case as he defeated Evans the week before he became the number one contender.
After reviewing the arguments, Ava decided the only way to settle things was to make that bout a Fatal Four Way match featuring all three contenders.
