One WWE star has finally competed in their first singles match in over 500 days with a bout that has not yet aired on TV.

With the holiday season upon us, WWE has given its stars and staff some much-needed time off over Christmas with the company taping the 23rd of December show.

That taping took place after a live episode of Raw where WWE teased the arrival of a former AEW champion and CM Punk ended up in a huge match for Raw’s Netflix debut.

The Miz Faces Wyatt Sicks Star On WWE Raw

As the issues between The Final Testament and the Wyatt Sicks continue on Raw, The Miz found himself facing Dexter Lumis in a singles match to air on the 23rd of December.

The bout ended in a disqualification as The Final Testament got involved on The Miz’s behalf before the Wyatt Sicks made the save for Lumis.

The bout was Lumis’ first singles contest in WWE since he defeated Akira Tozawa on the 1st of June 2023 edition of Main Event. Lumis disappeared for over a year before re-emerging as part of the Wyatt Sicks group alongside Bo Dallas, Joe Gacy, Erick Rowan, and Nikki Cross.
