WWE Star To CM Punk: “You Never Cared About Your Wife”

CM Punk is going to have a difficult year in 2026. Not because he is becoming weak, but because he has stronger opponents rising.

In 2025, The Best in the World’s matches were focused on Seth Rollins and the World Heavyweight Championship. He defeated Gunther for the title and then again defeated Jey Uso for the title.

However, 2026 is the year when he will have to continue defending the title against the rising opponents, especially Bron Breakker.

Bron Breakker has a chilling message for CM Punk

The Second City Saint is putting the title on the line against Breakker on January 5th, 2026. During the build-up of the match, The Vision member has claimed that not only will he take the title from Punk, but also Punk’s wife, AJ Lee. Now, everyone knows Punk does not like it when someone goes personal, and he reacted in a way anyone would expect.

However, Bron Breakker shut down that reaction by claiming that CM Punk does not care about anyone, not even his wife.

Last week, I went down to the ring, I cut you in half, I took your championship away from you and I held it up high, and it was everything I thought it would be. And that is easy.

See, you think now we have some sort of personal vendetta cause I threw out a couple of BS lines about your family when in reality is you don’t care about your wife. You’ve never cared about anybody in your entire life except yourself, you self-centered piece of trash.

He followed through by claiming that regardless of which version of CM Punk turns up on January 5th, 2026, he will finish Punk and take the title, and leave him worthless.

I am going to do you a solid. I’m going to stroke your ego for a second. We’re going to make this all about you, because what kind of CM Punk is going to show up on January 5th? Is it going to be this watered-down 2025 version? or is it going to be ‘The Best in the World’?

Either way, on January 5th, the results will be the same. I am inevitable. I am the mountain you cannot climb. I am ‘The Dog’ you cannot outrun. In the wise words of you, ‘I am only here to make money’. Well, I hope you saved all your money and cashed all your cheques because after the match is over on January 5th, and I am the new Heavyweight Champion of the world, you won’t be worth a dollar to anyone.
