Surprising WWE Star Announces Exit From Company

Triple H WWE

One WWE star has announced they’re no longer with the company bringing their three-year stint to an end.

There were recently cuts made to the WWE roster with two names particularly hogging the headlines. It was reported Drew Gulak was released by the company after allegations of inappropriate behaviour were made by ex-WWE star Ronda Rousey.

An annoyed Triple H corrected the record in regards to Gulak, noting that he hadn’t been released but rather his contract hadn’t been renewed. Triple H refused to confirm if Gulak being allowed to leave the company was down to Rousey’s accusations but the star disappeared from NXT TV after they were made.

Olympic gold medallist Gable Steveson was also released after failing to progress as many had hoped. Since his exit, Steveson has now signed up with the Buffalo Bills as he embarks on a career in the NFL.

Now one WWE star with links to both men has announced his own exit.

Damon Kemp No Longer With WWE

Taking to social media, Damon Kemp – under his real name of Bobby Steveson – revealed that he is no longer under contract with WWE:

As of today I am no longer under contract with WWE. Forever grateful for the people I met and the experiences I’ve had. For business inquiries – damonkempmgmt@gmail.com

Bobby Steveson is the brother of Gable Steveson and he had been on WWE TV recently as part of the No Quarter Catch Crew with Charlie Dempsey and Myles Borne. That group had also featured Drew Gulak before his departure from the company.
