WWE Star Announced For AAA Event

A WWE Raw star is heading to an upcoming AAA taping.

As WWE’s relationship with AAA grows ever stronger, it’s been announced that El Grande Americano will be in action on July 25 in Mexico City. There’s been no announcement about who the illustrious Luchador will be facing.

WWE’s Los Garza are the current AAA World Tag Team Champions, making the most recent defence of their titles on July 11. On the show, NXT star Lola Vice teamed with Santino Marella against La Hiedra and Mr. Iguana.

WWE’s El Grande Americano Version One Out Of Action

After being defeated by Penta back in January, Chad Gable suffered something of a personal crisis and went on a mission to uncover the secrets of Lucha Libre. The end result was the introduction of El Grande Americano.

However, Chad Gable was recently forced to undergo shoulder surgery and will now miss several months of action. But fear not, in Gable’s absence, Ludwig Kaiser has stepped up to take on the role. Kaiser’s new persona hasn’t been acknowledged on television.
