Only One WWE Star Allegedly Capable Of Retiring Brock Lesnar
The megastars who shaped WWE for decades are now retiring, and one name floated in the mix is Brock Lesnar.
The Beast is a household name in WWE and has worked relentlessly to establish himself. He has been one of the most reliable names for the company, with a reputation for consistently selling tickets in any arena.
As a primary attraction in the global juggernaut, WWE will need to ensure Lesnar’s final match in the ring is as good as it can get. For that, they need the perfect opponent.
Gunther is a top pick for Brock Lesnar’s final match
It seems that The Ring General is earning a name for being the one to retire legends. He retired Goldberg, he retired John Cena, he has been teased for a feud against AJ Styles, and now, Dutch Mantell picked him for Brock Lesnar’s final match.
On Story Time with Dutch Mantell, the former WWE manager picked Gunther over Oba Femi to be Brock Lesnar’s final match, claiming that once The Ring General retires The Beast, it can lead to a match between Gunther and Oba Femi.
If I was going to have anybody beat him right now, it’d be Gunther. Now later on when they get on the train of Obi Femi [Oba Femi], that’s what he say his name.. Yeah, that would be a good notch in his belt. Of course, that leads to Gunther and Obi Femi.
So, that’s the beauty about wrestling. See, when you have these guys match up, you know, the fans’s brain immediately starts turning and he’s saying, ‘hmm, who will come out on top?’ and that and they love to talk about they love to talk about wrestling more than we do.
WWE may be planning similar retirement tours like John Cena’s for Brock Lesnar and AJ Styles.
