WWE Star Admits They Have “Go Away Heat” With Fans
A WWE star has come to a slightly uncomfortable realisation.
After a handful of appearances on WWE television, Logan Paul wrestled his first match at WrestleMania 38. At the biggest show of the year, the YouTube star teamed with The Miz to defeat Dominik and Rey Mysterio.
However, it wouldn’t be long until Paul broke out as a singles star, and in 2025 he stands as a former United States Champion, having previously challenged for World Championship gold.
In the process, Paul has become the poster child for celebrities-turned-wrestlers after impressing fans and veterans with his in-ring acrobatics. But despite this, several controversies outside the ring stretching back to his career before WWE mean that fans have never truly taken him to their hearts.
This negative reaction eventually saw Paul lean into the boos and become a fully-fledged heel. But as Paul has now admitted, some fans aren’t booing because he’s a heel, they’re booing because they want him gone.
WWE Fans Aren’t Impressed By Logan Paul
During the latest episode of his Impaulsive podcast, Paul admitted he has “go away heat” with some fans, but he can get away with it because he’s a “great wrestler.”
“I think I have go away heat. So, the only reason why it works is because I’m a great wrestler. There’s a handful of the audience that is genuinely like, ‘Get this guy out of here.’”
Logan Paul is set to return to the ring at Elimination Chamber where he’ll face Seth Rollins, John Cena, CM Punk, Damian Priest, and CM Punk inside the legendary structure. It will be the second year in succession that he’s taken part in the match after tasting defeat when the event landed in Perth, Australia in 2024.
