WWE To Hold Special Taping At Madison Square Garden
WWE has announced another show at Madison Square Garden.
On November 17, John Cena will appear at Madison Square Garden as a WWE Superstar for the final time. That appearance will come a week after Cena says goodbye to the TD Garden in Boston.
Less than a month later, Cena will wrestle for the final time at Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 13 in Washington, D.C. The identity of Cena’s final opponent remains a mystery, but it’s been announced that next he’ll face AJ Styles at Crown Jewel.
WWE Taking NXT To Madison Square Garden
It’s now been announced that NXT will hold its taping for November 18 at The Theatre at Madison Square Garden. Already advertised for the show are Ricky Saints, Jacy Jayne, Sol Ruca, Trick Williams, Ethan Page, and more.
Tickets go on sale on October 8.

SPECIAL EDITION OF NXT® TAKES PLACE TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 18 AT THE THEATER AT MADISON SQUARE GARDEN IN NEW YORK CITY
October 3, 2025 – WWE®, part of TKO Group Holdings (NYSE: TKO), today announced that a special edition of NXT will take place Tuesday, November 18, at The Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The episode will air live on The CW starting at 8pm ET.
NXT will take place following John Cena’s final Madison Square Garden appearance on Monday, November 17, as part of his farewell tour.
Tickets will go on sale starting Wednesday, October 8, at 10am ET/7am PT via Ticketmaster.com. Fans can purchase tickets during an exclusive pre-sale by visiting Ticketmaster.com and using the code WWEVIP starting Monday, October 6, at 10am ET/7am PT until 11:59pm ET/8:59pm PT.
The event will feature the biggest Superstars from NXT, including NXT Champion Ricky Saints, NXT Women’s Champion Jacy Jayne, NXT North American Champion Ethan Page, NXT Women’s North American Champion Sol Ruca, Trick Williams and more.
Up next for NXT is TNA vs. NXT Showdown on October 7. The card will feature two four-on-four Survivor Series-style elimination tag team matches as the two sides battle for supremacy.
