WWE Reportedly Sold Out Money In The Bank In One Minute
There was certainly a high demand for WWE Money in the Bank tickets because a report from the company has noted that the event sold out in one minute.
For the first time ever, the WWE Money in the Bank Premier Live Event is heading overseas to London, England at the O2 Arena. The event will take place on Saturday, July 1st, which is also Canada Day for some of us.
Following the announcement of the show, fans were wondering why WWE chose to go to an arena instead of a stadium show considering the demand would be high. A report noted that WWE sources believe the O2 Arena is considered the “Madison Square Garden of England” and it was a venue the company wanted to use.
The event is an immediate sellout. In an update on how fast tickets went, friend of the site Alex McCarthy of Daily Mail Sport tweeted that WWE told him that tickets were bought so quickly that they sold out the O2 Arena within one minute.
“WWE say the general sale MITB tickets sold out in ONE MINUTE today.
At one point, there was over 30k WWE fans in the queue, and that was just Ticketmaster.
Only single holds and premium tickets will be available in the coming weeks. The O2 is going to be jumping July 1.”

It’s worth noting also that there were ticket pre-sales on February 22nd as well before the general public ticket sales were available (briefly) today.
In addition to Money in the Bank at the O2 Arena, WWE will also be holding the June 30th edition of Smackdown in London, England as well.
At the 2022 Money in the Bank PLE, Liv Morgan won the Women’s match and cashed in on Ronda Rousey later that same night to become Smackdown Women’s Champion. Austin Theory was a late addition to the men’s match and he was the MITB winner. Theory did not win a title during his cash-in attempt for the US Title although he is doing just fine for himself as the current US Champion these days.
