WWE SmackDown To Feature 2 Huge Title Matches

Nia Jax WWE Tiffany Stratton

There will be two big title matches taking place on the November 15th episode of SmackDown.

Nia Jax was in action at the WWE Crown Jewel PLE, but it was not a good night for the WWE Women’s Champion. That’s because Jax lost her match against the Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan, who got some help from Raquel Rodriguez & Dominik Mysterio to pick up the win and leave with the Crown Jewel Championship and ring.

The good news for Jax is that her WWE Women’s Title wasn’t on the line. However, it will be on the line on the November 15th episode of SmackDown in Milwaukee. Jax will defend her title against Naomi, who earned the shot by beating Jax in a non-title on the October 11th episode of Smackdown. That win by Naomi wasn’t necessarily clean either, but a win is a win and it’s enough for a title shot.

As always when it comes to Nia Jax, her good friend Tiffany Stratton is also looming as Miss Money in the Bank, which could lead to a potential cash-in moment. Stratton has also had issues with Candice LeRae, who is trying to be friends with Jax as well.

There will also be a WWE Tag Team Title match on SmackDown in Milwaukee. While #DIY’s Tommaso Ciampa & Johnny Gargano thought they were next in line for a title shot against the WWE Tag Team Champions Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin), The Street Profits duo of Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins informed the champions on WWE SmackDown that they will be given the next title match.

That news didn’t sit well with Ciampa, who was angry throughout SmackDown while telling Gargano that the Machine Guns have taken their spot.

Nick Aldis Announces New Women’s Championship On WWE SmackDown

There will be even more gold for the superstars of WWE to acquire because Smackdown GM Nick Aldis announced that there will be a Women’s United States Title coming soon. It was not announced how the first champion will be crowned, but it should be known soon when the company announces more details.

Many fans and superstars have wanted a women’s midcard title for many years, so it’s finally here. It does seem likely that Raw will get their version of a Women’s Intercontinental Title as well, but that hasn’t been confirmed yet.
