WWE RAW Superstar Sidelined With Ankle Injury

Well wishes are in order for Montez Ford.

During the 10/3 episode of Monday Night RAW, Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins of the Street Profits were confronted by Sami Zayn, who told the former RAW Tag Team Champions that they better acknowledge Undisputed WWE Universal Champion, Roman Reigns and The Bloodline, who will be at the season premiere of Monday Night RAW on 10/10.

Following Zayn’s ‘threat’, Ford told the ‘Honorary Uce’ that he and Dawkins don’t need to acknowledge anything because Zayn and The Bloodline don’t own the arena or anything else in WWE and proceeded to tell Zayn to ‘acknowledge deez nuts’. Jimmy and Jey Uso then chimed in and Jey told Ford to be careful or else he’d be in another boot and it was revealed that Ford was sporting a walking boot on his right foot and ankle.

Later in the show, Dawkins faced The Bloodline’s Solo Sikoa, in a losing effort, but during the match, it was announced by the commentary team that Ford was indeed dealing with an injured ankle, although no specific injury or timetable for a return were mentioned.
