WWE Raw Star Spotted In Town Ahead Of SmackDown
A WWE Raw star could be looking to make their presence felt on SmackDown.
On the November 18th episode of Raw, Bronson Reed picked up a win over Seth Rollins as the heated rivalry between the pair continues. As a result, each man now holds one win over the other, thanks to Rollins emerging victorious at Crown Jewel.
However, Reed has also thrown himself into a much bigger story.
The mammoth Aussie linked up with Solo Siko and the New Bloodline on the November 15th edition of SmackDown, and he’ll team with the group against Roman Reigns, Sami Zayn, The Usos, and an unnamed opponent at Survivor Series. But it seems he’s got more to do on the blue brand ahead of the big night.
According to a report from PWInsider, Reed has been spotted in the Salt Lake City, Utah area in the hours before SmackDown at the Delta Center on November 22nd.
Elsewhere on the show, Cody Rhodes will come face-to-face with Kevin Owens, while Bianca Belair, Chelsea Green, and Blair Davenport square off in a Women’s United States Title qualifying match.
WWE Fans Told To Expect More Crossover
Meanwhile, it’s been reported by Bryan Alvarez that WWE will only be making a “very loose adherence” to the brand split in the months leading up to WrestleMania. The report noted that given Raw’s move to Netflix, the return of Saturday Night’s Main Event, and the Royal Rumble, stars will be popping up wherever they’re needed, regardless of the brand they’re assigned to.
Expect a very loose adherence to the draft from now through WrestleMania. Lots of all hands on deck shows, especially with things like SNME and the move to Netflix, plus Rumble builds, etc.
A different report had already claimed that not only will Roman Reigns be on Raw when it premieres on Netflix, but he’ll become something of a regular on the red brand for the next few months. Raw will make its debut on the streaming platform on January 6th.
John Cena has already confirmed he’ll be at the show, and it’ll also feature a performance from Travis Scott.
